protein chemistry analysis in the laboratory relies on mainly biurets test to reveal general presence of proteins ,peptide bonds,xanthoproteic test for Aromatic amino acids ,notably tyrosine and tryptophan,lead acetate test for for sulpur containing Amino Acids e.g cysteine and methionine .........however my challenge is the naming of olours .....deep brown or Black,deep blue tending towards black ....dont we have single names for this ambigous naming system....for colours !!!!!!!
